Psychological Service
Mission:
Supporting the academic community in psychological development, unlocking potential, improving quality of life, and creating a supportive and inspiring educational environment. Objective: Systematic psychological support aimed at creating conditions for successful learning, development, socialization, and conscious professional choice.
Tasks of the Psychological Service:
● Facilitating students' personal and intellectual development;
● Developing the ability for self-discipline and self-improvement;
● Providing psychological support to help students successfully socialize in a rapidly evolving information society.
Expected Results:
● Improved psychological climate;
● Higher student adaptation level;
● Reduced anxiety and stress;
● Enhanced self-regulation and personal growth skills.
Services Provided:
● Psychological counseling (individual, group, family);
● Support programs for victims of harassment and abuse (sexual, gender-based, psychological, physical, domestic violence, threats, and cyberbullying);
● Outreach programs (stress management, time management, Red Folder, art therapy);
● Work with international students;
● Counseling on complex psychosocial needs.

● Any form of anxiety or distress;
● Sudden panic attacks, fears;
● Mood swings;
● Sleep disturbances;
● Depression, apathy;
● Academic performance issues;
● Psychosomatic symptoms;
● Abusive relationships (physical, sexual, emotional violence);
● Loss and grieving;
● Issues with self-esteem, confidence, impostor syndrome;
● Procrastination.

How to Schedule a Consultation?
Visit Room 25 in the Main Building for an initial assessment. After a triage evaluation, you will be referred to the appropriate specialist.
Can I Cancel a Consultation?
Yes, consultations can be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
