A clean yard means a happy society!

In accordance with the Department of Foreign Languages' educational work plan for the 2025-2026 academic year, on November 26, 2025, students from groups VM-MKA-01-25, MOAB-12-25, and SOAB-09-25 held a cleanup day at the Special Social Services Center for Children No. 6 of the Shymkent City Department of Employment and Social Protection (125B Alpysbayeva Street). A cleanup day is a community service organized to improve the well-being of society, nature, and the environment. During the cleanup day, students voluntarily joined forces and contributed to the cleanliness and well-being of their native land. The main goals of the cleanup day were: environmental cleanup, garbage collection, landscaping of courtyards, streets, and parks, environmental conservation, planting trees, flowers, and saplings, increasing greenery, improving the public environment, fostering a spirit of hard work among young people, cultivating a sense of environmental stewardship, strengthening cohesion and cooperation, and teaching teamwork skills. First-year students of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy and staff of the Department of Foreign Languages also actively participated in the event. The staff of the Department of Foreign Languages expressed their gratitude to all the students.
