Announcement on the Launch of Stage I of the National Competition “Best University Teacher – 2025”

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the start of Stage I of the National Competition “Best University Teacher – 2025” (Жоғары оқу орнының үздік оқытушысы – 2025).
🕛 Dates of Stage I:
From November 3 to November 14, 2025.
🔹 Participation is open to full-time faculty members of higher and/or postgraduate educational institutions who must submit their documents through the Ministry’s online system: (https://universitycontest2025.iac.kz/) 
🔹 Required documents:
1.    Application form (official template);
2.    Data on qualitative and quantitative indicators for the last five years (2021–2025);
3.    Annual work plan for the 2025–2026 academic year;
4.    Personal record sheet;
5.    Copy of ID card.
🔸 Appeal period: November 17–19, 2025.
🔸 Stage II: December 1–12, 2025.
🔗 The instruction manual for using the information system will be published at universitycontest2025.iac.kz.
