Shito-Ryu is one of the main styles of Japanese karate, founded by Kenwa Mabuni in the 1930s. It combines techniques from two older karate schools: Shorin-Ryu and Shorei-Ryu.
Key features of Shito-Ryu:
- Fast and precise movements,
- Balanced use of hand and foot techniques,
- Strong focus on both offense and defense,
- Large number of kata (over 50),
- Emphasis on traditional values and discipline.
Shito-Ryu is practiced both as traditional martial art and as a competitive sport around the world.
Ignat, there are many more achievements and milestones ahead of you. The Physical Education Center wishes you nothing but victory! Always stay strong, brave, and determined! May your dreams be big and your path be bright! Go forward, only forward!
