Excursion on the Theme "Promoting a Healthy Lifestyle"

In accordance with the educational work plan for the 2024–2025 academic year, the Department of Foreign Languages organized an excursion on the theme "Promoting a Healthy Lifestyle" with international students from abroad to Abai Park in the city of Shymkent. This initiative aims to strengthen the health of academy students, prevent illnesses, encourage them to avoid harmful habits, and promote the development of physical activity and healthy eating habits.
During the excursion, students were introduced to ancient cultural monuments located in the park and took part in sports activities such as football, volleyball, and a running marathon.
The event contributed to improving students’ attitudes toward health, preventing harmful habits, and increasing awareness of the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.
