One of the most pressing issues facing our country today is the fight against corruption. It is a dangerous social disease that hinders the development of society, undermines the authority of the state, and weakens people's trust in the government. That is why combating corruption is a civic duty for all of us, and young people must be at the forefront of this fight. n order to form an anti-corruption culture among youth, on September 30, 2025, the pediatric department-1 held an educational class with the participation of students and teaching staff of the department on the topic "Formation of an anti-corruption culture among students". Student group MAA-11-22 Zeydin Adilet gave a report on the topic.

Corruption is the misuse of official powers and authority by individuals in positions of power for personal gain. It includes actions such as taking or giving bribes, abusing official duties, or giving special privileges based on personal connections.
Unfortunately, various forms of corruption can be found even in educational institutions. For example:
• Giving or receiving bribes during exams
• Buying grades
• Getting grades “through connections” without attending classes
• Purchasing academic papers instead of writing them independently
Such actions negatively affect not only the quality of education but also the personal values of young people. A student who engages in corruption is more likely to choose dishonest and easy paths in life instead of fairness and integrity.

Young people must take an active role in the fight against corruption. To do this, they should:
1. Be honest – Every student should take responsibility for their actions and earn their education honestly.
2. Know the law – Every young person should be aware of their legal rights and responsibilities.
3. Do not remain indifferent – If you witness bribery or injustice, staying silent is not an option. Speaking up is a sign of true civic responsibility.
4. Promote an anti-corruption culture – Educational institutions should foster openness, fairness, and transparency.
Fighting corruption is not only the duty of law enforcement agencies but of every citizen, especially the youth. Because the future of the country lies in the hands of its young people. If we choose honesty today, we will live in a just society tomorrow.
