«Meeting of representatives of the sanitary and epidemiological control committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan with students of SKMA JSC»

On October 7, 2025, South Kazakhstan Medical Academy JSC hosted a meeting of employees and management of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of Transport of the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan with students of the specialties "Public Health" and "Medical and Preventive Care". The meeting was attended by Deputy Head of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of Transport Seraly Asyl, head of the department in Shymkent — Ryskulov Yerlan Amangeldievich, deputy dean of the internship Saburov Alisher Radjapbaevich, head of the career department Yunusmetov Eldor Shavkatovich, managers of the career department, staff of the dean's office of the medical faculty.
The purpose of the event is to familiarize future specialists with the specifics of professional activity in the system of sanitary and epidemiological control, to explain the procedure for employment and career prospects.

Special attention was paid to the issues of graduate employment. Representatives of the Committee explained the procedure for submitting documents, passing interviews and internships, talked about internship opportunities, participation in competitions for vacant positions and professional development programs.
During the event, students received answers to their questions regarding working conditions, social guarantees, as well as professional growth opportunities in the sanitary and epidemiological control system. The participants noted the importance of such meetings, which contribute to strengthening ties between educational organizations and government healthcare structures, as well as increasing the interest of young professionals in working for the benefit of public health.

At the end of the meeting, representatives of the Committee expressed their readiness for further cooperation with the university in the framework of career guidance and educational projects aimed at training qualified personnel for the healthcare system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
