«Meeting of the representative of JSC Financial Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan with students of SKMA JSC »

On December 26, 2025, a meeting of a representative of JSC «Financial Center» of the Republic of Kazakhstan with graduates of internship and residency programs in online format took place in the assembly hall of SKMA. The purpose of the event is to explain the mechanisms of employment of graduates of medical universities, the conditions for working out educational grants, as well as the procedure for graduates to interact with JSC «Financial Center».

The meeting was attended by a representative of JSC «Financial Center» - Serikkali Akzira Serikkalikyzy, Vice-Rector for Educational Work and Social Issues of SKMA - Salim Yerbol Kaltursynovich, Deputy Dean of the internship Saburov Alisher Radjapbayevich, head of the Career Department Yunusmetov Eldor Shavkatovich, managers of the career department and teaching staff of graduate departments, as well as staff of the dean's internship and residency.

During the meeting, the representative of «Financial Center» JSC spoke in detail about the current rules for the distribution of graduates, the procedure for concluding and fulfilling contractual obligations, the conditions for exemption from work, as well as the possibilities of adjusting the place of employment within the framework of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. After the report was completed, a question-and-answer section was organized, in which graduates actively asked questions. All requests were answered in detail and meaningfully by a representative of «Financial Center» JSC.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness for further cooperation aimed at improving the legal literacy of graduates and ensuring effective employment of young specialists in medical organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
