Motivational seminar on "Your future is in your hands!"

19.05.25. Doctor of Phd of the Department of "History of Kazakhstan and socio-social disciplines" Nurzhanbayeva Zh. O. together with the students of the 2nd year of the OP "Medicine" held a motivational seminar "Your future is in your hands!". The goal: to give students an understanding of how to take responsibility for their lives and the future, set goals and ways to achieve them, increase motivation and inner confidence. During the seminar, students were shown a motivational short video that aroused their interest. The teacher conducted interviews with students on motivation, goal setting, efficient use of time, and self-development. In addition, real-life examples of successful young people were given. The students identified their short-, medium- and long-term goals using the "My goal map" exercise. He also wrote a "letter to himself in the future," imagining his life in 5 years and making plans. At the end of the motivational session, the students shared their thoughts and impressions of the seminar. The seminar had a great impact on the students so that they could take a fresh look at their future lives, clarify their goals and strengthen inner trust. The participants noted that the event was useful and inspiring.
