On March 18, 2026, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, with the participation of international student groups ВM-MШAБ-08,09A-24, organized and conducted a significant event dedicated to the historical heritage of our country on the topic: “Promoting the Brand of the Golden Horde in Close Connection with Kazakhstan.”
At the beginning of the event, an opening speech was delivered by Senior Lecturer in Sociology and Political Science for international groups, T.Zh. Sabitov. During the event the topic “Kazakhstan and the Heritage of the Golden Horde” was presented by a student of the international group ВM-MШAБ-08,09A-24, Airan Khan. All students actively participated in the discussion, and, importantly, they gained a considerable amount of new and insightful knowledge about the history of our country.
The promotion of the Golden Horde brand in close connection with Kazakhstan represents an important direction of contemporary cultural and state policy. It contributes to strengthening historical continuity, shaping a positive national image, and fostering the development of national identity.
The effective implementation of this strategy requires a comprehensive approach, including scholarly justification, institutional support, and active public engagement. In this context, the Golden Horde serves not only as an object of historical research but also as a powerful symbol capable of linking Kazakhstan’s past and present.
