Resident academic mobility: expanding professional competencies and clinical experience

Since February 16, as part of the implementation of the academic mobility program, the Head of the Department of Pediatrics-2 of JSC "SKMA" Bektenova Gulmira Erseitovna began to conduct practical classes for residents of the 1st year of study of the educational program "Pediatrics" in the discipline "Outpatient and polyclinic pediatrics" at the Department of Pediatrics of the Faculty of "Higher Postgraduate Medical Education" of the H.Yasavi MCTU.
The program is implemented in order to strengthen academic cooperation, exchange of professional experience and improve the quality of training of future specialists in the field of pediatrics. Special attention is paid to the applied aspects of outpatient care for children.
The interactive format of training, high involvement of the teacher and constant feedback create conditions for active professional growth of residents.
