On May 13, 2025, in lecture hall # 213, building # 6, Turkestanskaya St., 10, at 11.00 o’clock a round table was held dedicated to the 121st anniversary of Nurtas Ondasynov's birth, organized by the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines. The round table was held under the title "Fates that remained in history: Nurtas Ondasynov's contribution to the development of the country".
Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines Ashirov Shadiyar Aldiyarovich made an opening speech and acquainted the participants with the content, tasks and goals of the round table.
Teachers of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines and groups VM-MKAB-07, VM-MK-09 took part in the round table.
Round table Objectives:
To promote the political, spiritual and educational activities of Nurtas Ondasynov, making his place in the history of the country an example for the younger generation, and to analyze the contribution of this person to the development of the country from a historical point of view.
In his opening speech, the moderator of the event emphasized the importance of holding a round table on the occasion of the 121st anniversary of Ondasynov's birth. Students presented reports on the following topics:
- "Contribution to the spirituality of the nation"
- "Nurtas Ondasynov as expert in language and a master of the words"
- "The contribution of the public figure to the Kazakh science"
During the discussion the participants of the round table discussed the spiritual and moral qualities of N.Ondasynov not only as a politician, but also as a highly educated person, journalist, linguist and dictionary compiler. The round table helped the participants to better understand the role of Nurtas Ondasynov in the history of the country and set an example for today's youth, following the moral path of the great figures.
Participants highly appreciated the educational value of the event and suggested holding meetings more often in this format.
