SKMA Hosts Charity Sports Event For Children With Special Needs

Within the framework of the educational work plan, the Department of Pharmacology, Pharmacotherapy, and Clinical Pharmacology of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy actively participated in a charity event at the Shymkent Special Boarding School for children with special needs. The following groups took part: FСR 01-25 (2nd year), FCK A 01-25 (2nd year), FCR 02-24 (3rd year), FCK B 01-25 (2nd year), FCK 01-24 (3rd year).
On October 23, 2025, as part of a sports event, the faculty members of the department organized a charity campaign. The funds raised were used to purchase sports equipment and supplies for the school. This event contributed to the development of students’ social responsibility, provided support to children with special needs, and promoted a healthy lifestyle.
On behalf of the school principal, Shorabek Nartay Shlyazdanovich, sincere gratitude was expressed to the department staff. The campaign became an important experience for both students and schoolchildren, strengthening the ties between the academy and the school, and motivating students to continue participating in charitable initiatives in the future.
