The Issue of Enhancing Educational Work Was Discussed

A special meeting was held at the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy aimed at revitalizing educational activities and improving their quality. The event was attended by senior mentors and group advisors from the departments of the Faculty of Pharmacy, responsible for student development. The first to speak was Zh.O. Kambarova, a leading specialist of the Youth Policy Department, who highlighted key directions and methodological requirements to consider when organizing educational work. Then, the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, M.M. Sapakbai, and the Chair of the Faculty’s Mentors’ Council, N.M. Zhorabek, took the floor. They emphasized that senior mentors and group advisors are actively and systematically working to promote students’ personal growth, spiritual and moral development, and sense of responsibility. At the end of the meeting, participants exchanged views and discussed ways to further improve the effectiveness of educational work, enhance mentors’ professional skills, and increase students’ civic engagement.
