During the lecture, the essence and main directions of the constitutional reforms were comprehensively discussed, as well as issues related to the development of critical thinking, legal culture, and an active civic position among young people.
The new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan has become an important stage in the development of the state and society. Constitutional reforms are aimed at strengthening democratic principles, increasing the role of citizens in governing the country, and improving the system of state power. One of the major changes was the strengthening of the principle of justice, the expansion of citizens’ rights and freedoms, as well as increasing the accountability of state bodies to society.
Public support for the constitutional reforms demonstrated the people’s aspiration for the modernization of the political system and the building of a Just Kazakhstan. The new Constitution contributes to the development of civil society, the formation of legal culture, and respect for the laws of the country. It is especially important for young people and students to understand the significance of these reforms, since the younger generation represents the future of the state and an active participant in public life.
In conclusion, it should be noted that studying the Constitution helps develop critical thinking, the ability to analyze political and social processes, and also fosters an active civic position. Awareness of one’s rights and responsibilities cultivates a sense of responsibility toward society and the state. Thus, the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is not only the fundamental law of the country, but also an important instrument for strengthening the unity, stability, and democratic development of Kazakhstan.
