A cognitive seminar-training on the topic of Time Management “Time Management: Planning and Responsibility” was conducted

On March 31, 2025, a cognitive seminar-training on the topic of Time Management “Time Management: Planning and Responsibility” was conducted for the groups ФӨТҚБ 01-25 and ФӨТҚА 01-25, organized by the Psychological Service and the Department of Foreign Languages.
The main goal of the event was to develop students’ skills in effective time management, teach them to maintain a balance between academic and personal life, and familiarize them with modern approaches to managing time.
During the event, participants were provided with information on the key principles of time management, methods of effective time allocation, and ways to correctly set priorities. In addition, factors leading to inefficient use of time and the causes of procrastination were discussed in detail.
Students were given practical recommendations on organizing the educational process effectively, creating personal plans, setting clear goals and achieving them step by step, as well as improving discipline and responsibility.
At the end of the event, participants exchanged opinions and emphasized the importance of applying the acquired knowledge and skills in everyday life.
