
As part of the implementation of project-based learning at the Department of Organization and management of pharmaceutical busines, students of groups V-FKA-01-22 and V-FO-02-22 are actively involved. This educational format is aimed at developing professional, research, and digital competencies of future specialists in the pharmaceutical sector.
In order to enhance digital literacy and improve team efficiency, the Head of the Department of Digital Support for Education and Pedagogical Competencies, Malika Aibekovna Naraliyeva, conducted a master class titled “Trello — Organizing Teamwork.” During the session, students mastered project planning tools, task distribution methods, and deadline monitoring using the Trello platform.
In addition, Ibragim Synabayevich Spatayev delivered a master class at the Library and Information Center (LIC) focused on searching for and analyzing scientific information in international databases. Students gained practical skills in working with resources such as Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and others. The session covered effective search query formulation, criteria for evaluating scientific publications, citation metrics, and principles for selecting relevant sources for project and research work.
The implementation of project-based learning at the department contributes to the development of students’ critical thinking, academic culture, independent research skills, and effective project management abilities. This educational approach integrates theoretical knowledge with practical tools, thereby enhancing the quality of training for future professionals in the field of pharmaceutical organization and management.
