A mentoring hour dedicated to upholding the principles of academic integrity was held

At the Department of Pharmacology, Pharmacotherapy and Clinical Pharmacology, a curatorial session dedicated to the principles of academic integrity was held for supervised student groups as part of the Department’s educational work plan under the “Legal Education” section.
The main purpose of the event was to familiarize students with the Academic Integrity Code, Anti-Corruption Policy, Standard, and Internal Regulations, as well as to provide guidance and clarification regarding compliance with these documents.
The Head of the Department, Aigul Gaffarovna Ibragimova, delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the principles of academic integrity and encouraging students to demonstrate responsibility and integrity throughout the educational process.
During the meeting, lecturer Zhamila Talibbaevna Dustanova introduced the students to the fundamental principles of academic integrity, responsibility for violations, plagiarism prevention, and compliance with established academic standards.
The meeting was attended by students from FK 01-24 (curator – Zh.T. Dustanova), FUK 01-26 (2nd year) (curator – M.N. Muyutova), and FUK 01-26 (3rd year) (curator – Sh.N. Beiseyeva).
The event contributes to a deeper understanding of the principles of academic integrity, strengthens students’ sense of responsibility in the educational process, and promotes a culture of integrity, honesty, and compliance with established rules.
