A Seminar on “Internal Quality Assurance at the Department Level” Was Held

A seminar on “Internal Quality Assurance at the Department Level” was held in the small conference hall of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy. The speaker of the seminar was Nurlan Amiruly Erzhanov, Head of the Quality Assurance and Monitoring Department.
The event was attended by heads of departments and staff members responsible for the internal quality assurance system at their departments. During the seminar, mechanisms of quality assurance at the department level, procedures for conducting internal monitoring, and reporting processes were discussed. The participants exchanged experience and received answers to their questions.
