ABOUT DUAL TRAINING IN THE DISCIPLINE "LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF PHARMACEUTICAL ACTIVITY AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT"

At the Department of Organization and Management of Pharmaceutical Business, within the framework of dual training, practical classes for 5th-year students of the specialty "Pharmacy" on the topic: The "Legal basis for conducting inspections in pharmaceutical organizations" was held at the Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control in Shymkent.  The main function of the Committee is to carry out state control and supervision in the areas of medical services (assistance), the circulation of medicines, medical devices, as well as the trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors in the field of healthcare.  The Deputy Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Control, A.A. Sadykova, explained to the students the rules for conducting pharmaceutical inspections on appropriate pharmaceutical practices and the procedure for licensing pharmaceutical activities.  Pharmaceutical inspectors of the department A.A. Kukanov and A.Zh. Asylbek outlined in detail the procedure for inspecting facilities and filling out documentation during inspections, as well as drafting a pharmaceutical inspection report. Special attention was paid to the issues of the circulation of medicines in the pharmaceutical market, the identification of frequent violations of pharmaceutical regulations by pharmacies and other pharmaceutical organizations, as well as measures of administrative and criminal liability.  The dual training format allowed students to consolidate theoretical knowledge in practice, gain valuable skills in interacting with regulatory authorities and form professional competencies necessary for future work in the pharmaceutical industry.
