Academy Staff Meet with Elderly Residents

A charity event was organized on the initiative of the Youth Policy Department of South Kazakhstan Medical Academy. Teachers and students of the Department of Microbiology, Allergology and Immunology, the Department of Pharmaceutical Production Technology, and the Physical Education Center actively participated in the event.
As part of the initiative, the participants visited the Center for Special Social Services №10 of the Department of Employment and Social Protection of the city of Shymkent, where a concert program was organized for elderly residents and recipients of social services.
During the concert, the participants performed songs, expressed warm wishes, and created a festive mood. In addition, specially prepared gifts were presented to the residents of the center.
The main purpose of this event was to show respect for the older generation, support their emotional well-being, and promote a culture of charity and compassion in society.
According to the organizers, such social and cultural initiatives help strengthen moral values among young people and contribute to the development of mutual support and care within the community.
