Academy students took part in a public reporting meeting

In Шымкент, the Head of the Police Department, Мұхтар Қожаев, held a public reporting meeting with residents. The open-format event was attended by city residents as well as around 50 students from the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy.
The meeting was held within the framework of the “Law and Order” concept proposed by Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. During the event, information was presented on the work of internal affairs bodies, and key issues such as crime prevention, improving legal awareness, road safety, and public order were discussed. Residents also proposed increasing the number of surveillance cameras and expanding the staff of district police inspectors.
Special attention was given to combating online fraud and ensuring the security of personal data. At the end of the meeting, Mukhtar Kozhayev answered residents’ questions and emphasized the importance of public feedback.
