On October 8, 2025, a psychological event titled "Stress Management and Emotional Intelligence Development" was organized by the Psychological Service for students of the following groups: FQA-01-25, FQB-01-25, FQB-BBB-01-25, VM-MQB-03-25, and VM-MQA-03-25.
In today's society, people are exposed to various psycho-emotional burdens, informational pressure, and social stress in their daily lives. These factors directly affect the overall quality of life, emotional stability, and mental health. In this regard, awareness-raising activities were conducted to promote stress management, the development of emotional intelligence (EQ), and the prevention of depression.
The main goal of the event was to increase participants' psychological literacy, teach effective emotion regulation techniques, help identify stress conditions at an early stage, and explain ways to prevent depression.
In addition, based on the results of the HATS I and HATS II (Human Assessment Tools System) psychological diagnostics, targeted consultations were provided, taking into account each participant’s individual behavioral characteristics and stress level.
