On November 27, 2025, an event on “Stress Management and Emotional Intelligence Development” was held for groups V-MҚ-10-25, SҚB-10-25, and SҚA-10-25, organized by the Psychological Service and the Department of Kazakh, Russian, and Latin Languages.
In modern society, people face various psycho-emotional stresses, informational pressure, and social tension on a daily basis. These factors directly affect a person’s overall quality of life, emotional stability, and mental health. In this regard, explanatory activities were organized to help manage stress, develop emotional intelligence (EQ), and prevent depression.
The main goal of the event was to increase participants’ psychological literacy, teach them effective emotion management, help identify stress situations at an early stage, and explain ways to prevent depression.
