An event on the theme "The path to becoming the man Abai was talking about"

Associate Professor of the Department of "History of Kazakhstan and Socio-social disciplines" S. M. Sakhov held an event with 1st year students on the topic "The way to be the person Abai spoke about." Purpose: To popularize the spiritual and moral heritage of Abai Kunanbayuly, to educate students in morality, hard work, knowledge, justice, virtue through the analysis of the concept of "tolyk Adam. " S. M. Sakhov briefly told students about the life and work of Abai Kunanbayuly, noted his views on "becoming a man" philosophical statements. Next, the students conducted a review of the words of edification and verses of Abai, analyzed the concept of "tolyk adam".

 Each group expressed their opinion and explained with examples such qualities as ways to become a human being – education, work, justice, love, conscience, responsibility. The students got acquainted with the deep content of Abai's spiritual heritage, realized its importance for modern society. The event contributed to the improvement of students' thinking, analytical and speech abilities. It also helped to generate interest and respect for national values among young people. The event "the path to becoming the person Abai was talking about" achieved its goal and positively contributed to the expansion of the students' spiritual and moral worldview.
