An Information and Awareness Meeting Was Held for First-Year Students

An information and awareness meeting was held at the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy for first-year students of the Faculty of Pharmacy.

The meeting was opened by Yerbol Kaltursynuly Salim, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs and Social Issues, who encouraged students to actively participate in the public life of the Academy and take part in various cultural, sports, and educational activities.

During the meeting, Zhanat Sadebekkyzy Toksanbayeva, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, provided students with a detailed explanation of the internal regulations of the educational institution. In addition, Deputy Deans Malik Myrzakhanuly Sapakbai and Raushan Aidarbekkyzy Kozykeeva held an open discussion with the students and answered their questions.

The students asked questions concerning the educational process, discipline within the faculty, and participation in the Academy’s public activities. They received the necessary information and clarifications on the issues of interest to them.

During the meeting, first-year students were reminded of the importance of complying with the requirements of the educational institution, attending classes responsibly, adhering to the principles of academic integrity, and actively participating in public activities.

Such meetings are particularly important for students who are adapting to a new environment and taking their first steps on their educational journey.
