
Today, at the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, Sabira Torekhankyzy Abdrasilova, conducted an open seminar session with the students of group VM-MQAB-05-24 on the topic “Key Priorities and Public Significance of the New Constitution.” The main objective of the seminar was to comprehensively analyze the key priorities of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is worth noting that on March 15, 2026, the country adopted a new Constitution, marking an important turning point in Kazakhstan’s political development. The seminar began with the performance of the National Anthem by the students. The participants then discussed the main provisions of the Constitution, with particular attention paid to the fundamental changes in the system of public administration. It was also noted that the new Constitution will come fully into force on July 1.
