“Best Youth Award–2026” Ceremony Held

The South Kazakhstan Medical Academy hosted the award ceremony of the “Best Youth Award – 2026” competition. The event was opened by the Rector of the academy, Zhanna Seitzhanova, who delivered a welcoming speech and presented the “Best Applicant” nomination to Madina Amirova, a first-year student of the Faculty of Medicine, who scored 135 points on the UNT and was admitted with the highest result. In addition, Gulperzent Abdykali, a first-year student of the Faculty of Medicine known for her excellent academic performance and active participation in social activities, received the “Best First-Year Student” nomination. The “Best Graduate” nomination was awarded to Merey Askar, a fourth-year student of the Faculty of Pharmacy; Maksat Zhuman, a fourth-year student of the Faculty of Medicine; and Bakdaulet Anuarbek, a second-year intern. Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Maria Anartaeva presented the “Best College Student” award to fourth-year student Rauan Abdraym. The “Best Group” nomination was awarded to Group 02-22 (FӨTҚБ-02-22) of the Pharmaceutical Production Technology program. 

Vice-Rector for Clinical Affairs Bekaidar Nurmashev delivered a congratulatory speech. During the event, the “Best Volunteer” nomination was awarded to third-year pharmacy student Assel Kamardin, while the “Best Athlete” nomination went to Ignat Strelnikov. Furthermore, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Strategic Development Nurlan Aukenov presented the “Best Media Manager” award to Dosymzhan Assilkhan, a third-year pharmacy student, and the “Best Young Scientist” award to Raihona Aldekova, also a third-year pharmacy student. Vice-Rector for Educational and Social Affairs Erbol Salim awarded the “Best Student” nomination to third-year medical student Shakhnozabanu Zhanalieva and recognized the “Birlesu” organization as the “Best Organization.”
