“Care and Compassion – A Social Responsibility of Every Person”

Students of Groups 618 and 625 of the Department of General Practice – 2 at South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, together with their academic supervisor, B. A. Kuanysheva, visited the Municipal State Institution “Special Social Services Centre No. 2” as part of an educational event entitled “Care and Compassion – A Social Responsibility of Every Person”.

During the visit, the students brought joy to the elderly residents and people with special needs by performing heartfelt songs and playing traditional Kazakh instrumental pieces (küy) on the dombra. In addition, a presentation dedicated to Republic Day was delivered, questionnaires were conducted, and basic health assessments were carried out.

At the end of the event, small gifts were presented to the residents, bringing them warmth, attention and positive emotions. In return, the students received heartfelt blessings and kind wishes from the older generation.
