Care and Kindness – the Social Duty of Every Person

During the holy month of Ramadan, the staff of the Department of Family Medicine together with the medical interns organized a charity event titled “Care and Kindness – the Social Duty of Every Person.”
The main purpose of the event was to develop a sense of social responsibility among young doctors, to combine professional knowledge with charitable activities, and to provide assistance to people in society who need support. The medical profession is not only a professional duty but also a noble service that requires compassion and humanity. Therefore, this event was of special importance for young specialists.
During the event, financial assistance was organized to support Erlan Amantayev, a graduate of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy and a surgeon who currently requires social support. Due to the patient’s poor health condition, the collected financial aid was handed over to the patient’s mother.
Charity is one of the noblest qualities of a human being. During the charity initiative, a strong sense of unity and teamwork was clearly observed among the participants. Each intern actively contributed and provided help to the best of their ability. This demonstrated that young doctors are not only competent professionals but also compassionate individuals with kind hearts.
Such noble initiatives will undoubtedly continue in the future and become a tradition of supporting socially vulnerable members of society.
If kindness and care exist in every heart, our society will surely be filled with goodness. The warmth that reaches from heart to heart is the greatest wealth.
