Career meeting of graduates with representatives of regional health departments

On February 5, 2026, South Kazakhstan Medical Academy JSC hosted a career meeting of graduates with representatives of the health departments of Atyrau, Kostanay and North Kazakhstan regions. The purpose of the event is to familiarize graduates with the staffing needs of regional medical organizations, employment conditions, social support measures for young professionals, and opportunities for professional and career growth. The event was attended by representatives of the health departments of Atyrau, Kostanay and North Kazakhstan regions, the leadership and teaching staff, staff of the Dean's office of internship and residency, the head and managers of the career department, as well as graduates of internship and residency of SKMA JSC.

The presidium consisted of: Gulmira Talgatkyzy Nurgalieva, Head of the Human Resources Management Department of medical organizations in Atyrau region; Yerbol Zinullaevich Imangaliev, Director of Atyrau Regional Hospital.; The general director of the Kostanay regional hospital is Utebayev Askhat Ongarovich; Deputy Head of the Health Department of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region - Sarzhanov Nursultan Zhanatuly. During the meeting, representatives of the health authorities spoke about the specifics of working in medical organizations in the regions, the procedure for hiring, working conditions, as well as the prospects for the development of the healthcare system in the field. The event was held in the format of an open dialogue, in which graduates received answers to their questions and practical recommendations for starting a professional career.
