Career meeting of graduates with representatives of the Abai region

On March 4, 2026, JSC «South Kazakhstan Medical Academy» hosted a career meeting of graduates with representatives of health departments and career centers of the Abai region. The purpose of the event is to familiarize graduates with the staffing needs of medical organizations in the region, employment conditions, social support measures for young professionals, and opportunities for professional and career growth.
The event was attended by the head of the department of social employment programs of the Kokpekty district of the Abai region - Suleimenov Nurbek Sydykovich, Director of the Kokpekty district career center of the Abai region - Smagulov Merey Nigmetzhanovich, head of the Kokpekty district hospital of the Abai region - Sarmanov Zhanibek Talgatovich, head and managers of the career department, as well as graduates of the internship at SKMA JSC. The event was opened by Vice-rector for Clinical Work of SKMA JSC - Nurmashev Bekaidar Kaldybayuly and noted the importance of interaction between educational organizations and employers, emphasized the relevance of providing the healthcare system with qualified personnel and expressed confidence in further strengthening partnerships.
During the meeting, representatives of the Abai region spoke about the specifics of working in medical organizations in the regions, the procedure for hiring, working conditions, as well as the prospects for the development of the local healthcare system. The event was held in the format of an open dialogue, in which graduates received answers to their questions and practical recommendations for starting a professional career.
