Clinical Work of the Department of Pediatrics-2

On February 18, 2026, the Department of Pediatrics-2 of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, in collaboration with Pediatric Department No. 2 of the Regional Children’s Hospital of the Turkestan Region Health Department, conducted a joint clinical round.
The clinical round was attended by Gulmira Erseitovna Bektenova, Head of the Department of Pediatrics-2; Furkat Dzhamalovich Khatamov, Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatrics-2; the faculty members of the department; fourth-year students of the VM-PKA-01-22 Pediatrics educational program; as well as Sholpan Bauyrzhanovna Urazniyazova, Head of Pediatric Department No. 2 and cardioreumatologist, and the department’s physicians.
During the clinical round, the patients’ conditions were comprehensively reviewed and a detailed analysis was carried out. The treatment process was discussed, and appropriate recommendations were provided. The clinical round had significant educational, practical, and clinical importance.
