“Communication as a tool for team effectiveness in an organization”

A microqualification program titled “Communication as a Tool for Team Effectiveness in an Organization” is being conducted at the Department of Organization and Management of Pharmaceutical Practice from April 27 to May 5, 2026.
The lecturer of the program is Umurzakova Galiya Zhanburbaevna, PhD, Assistant Professor of the department.
Main focus of the microqualification:
“To become a leader in training competitive, highly qualified specialists in the field of pharmacy!”
Goal — to prepare competitive pharmacists oriented to the modern labor market, possessing strong theoretical and practical knowledge in interpersonal communication, rapport building, feedback skills, multicultural competence, conflict resolution methods, and stress management techniques, capable of effective professional practice.
Objectives:
•    development of professional communication skills; 
•    increasing the effectiveness of interaction in the academic environment; 
•    formation of a culture of feedback and collaboration; 
•    prevention of conflicts and stress in the team. 
This program contributes to the development of modern competencies necessary for successful professional activity in pharmacy and effective teamwork.
