Dual training in the discipline "Personnel management"

The Department of Organization and Management of Pharmaceutical Business continues to successfully implement the dual training program as part of the educational process.
Students of groups FКAB-01-21 and FKA-02-21 completed practical training in the discipline "Personnel Management" on the basis of the Association of Pharmaceutical and Medical Organizations of South Kazakhstan region "Damu".
Khadisha Derbesovna Alzhanova, Director of the Association of Pharmaceutical and Medical Organizations of South Kazakhstan Region "Damu", introduced the specifics of personnel management in pharmaceutical organizations, the principles of effective personnel management and practical aspects of applying theoretical knowledge.
This training format allows future specialists not only to consolidate their knowledge, but also to apply it in the real conditions of pharmaceutical organizations.
