Educational Hour Dedicated to Victory Day

On May 5, 2026, senior lecturer of the Department of “History of Kazakhstan and Social Sciences” A. A. Myrzaziya held an educational session dedicated to Victory Day (May 9) with first-year students of the “Dentistry” educational program.
The purpose of the event was to explain the historical significance of Victory Day, to promote the heroism and courage of our people during the Great Patriotic War, and to foster students’ patriotic feelings. It also aimed to cultivate love for the Motherland, respect for their country and land, and to strengthen appreciation and respect for war veterans.
During the session, students were shown historical and military films посвящённые теме Великой Отечественной войны. The films depicted frontline life, labor on the home front, and the bravery and resilience of soldiers, leaving a deep impression on the students.
As part of the event, students shared their thoughts, and a discussion on the topic of war was organized. They recognized the value of peaceful life and showed interest in the history of their country. It was also emphasized that the heroic deeds of our ancestors must be preserved in the memory of future generations.
At the end of the session, students were reminded of the importance of not forgetting the lessons of the past, valuing peace, and taking responsibility for the future of the country. The event was meaningful and conducted at a high educational level.
