Graduates of «SKMA» JSC took an active part in a large-scale Job Fair

On September 22, 2026, a large-scale job fair was held at the “Korme” Exhibition Center in Shymkent with the participation of the Akim of Shymkent. The event brought together graduating students and graduates of higher and vocational education institutions, job seekers, representatives of career centers, government bodies, and employers from various sectors.
Participants were provided with extensive information on current vacancies, employment opportunities, working conditions, social support measures, and professional development prospects. The job fair served as an effective platform for direct communication between employers and job seekers.
Graduating students and graduates of South Kazakhstan Medical Academy JSC actively participated in the event. During the fair, they held direct interviews with representatives of the East Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, and Ulytau regions, as well as with representatives of several outpatient clinics, hospitals, and pharmaceutical organizations in Shymkent. Discussions focused on current vacancies, qualification requirements, regional workforce needs, and employment prospects.
The Academy was represented by Vice-Rector for Clinical Affairs, Professor B.K. Nurmashev, Head of the Career Department E.Sh. Yunusmetov, as well as faculty representatives responsible for graduating students. Academy representatives discussed graduate employment, demand for healthcare professionals, and prospects for further cooperation with employers.
During the job fair, the Akim of Shymkent, G. Syzdykbekov, visited the event venue and familiarized himself with the activities of employers and participants.
Such large-scale events provide graduates with an opportunity to better understand current labor market demand, establish direct contact with employers, and consider real employment opportunities. «SKMA» JSC will continue its systematic work to support graduate employment and strengthen cooperation with employers.
