
Acting Associate Professor of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Social Sciences, O.A. Turebayev, conducted a homeroom session on the topic “Civil Rights and Responsibilities” with first-year students of the Dentistry educational program.
Purpose of the event: to develop students’ understanding of civil rights and responsibilities, explain their content, and foster a sense of responsibility as citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the session, students received information about fundamental human and civil rights and freedoms, equality before the law, and the protection of honor and dignity. The duties of every citizen to society and the state were also thoroughly explained, including the importance of complying with the law, exercising one’s rights properly, and respecting the rights of others.
Throughout the meeting, students actively shared their opinions and exchanged views on the topic. The session was aimed at enhancing young people’s legal awareness and strengthening their civic engagement.
