Information and Awareness-Raising Session Held for Students

An information and awareness-raising session was held at the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy for students of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years of the “Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technology” educational program, 5th-year students of the “Pharmacy” educational program of the Faculty of Pharmacy, as well as students of the shortened educational programs, groups FҚҚ 01-25, FҚО 01-25 (2 years), and FҚҚ 01-24 (3 years).

During the meeting, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy Zhanat Sadebekovna Toksanbayeva provided students with a detailed explanation of the Academy’s internal regulations and the requirements of the educational institution.

In addition, Deputy Dean of the Faculty Malik Myrzakhanovich Sapakbay held an informal discussion with the students, exchanged views with them, and answered their questions regarding the educational process, discipline at the faculty, and participation in public activities.

During the meeting, students were provided with important information on the following matters:

compliance with academic discipline;

a responsible attitude towards classes;

adherence to the principles of academic integrity;

active participation in public activities;

compliance with the “Integral GPA” requirements.

The information and awareness-raising work concerning compliance with the “Integral GPA” requirements was conducted by Merey Yelamanovna Askar, an employee of the Youth Policy Department, and Maidan Nakashbayevich Mukhamediarov, Head of the Scientific Work Department.
