On April 25, 2025, South Kazakhstan Medical Academy JSC together with the Republican Educational and Methodological Council in the field of training - Healthcare held an international scientific and methodological conference on the topic: "Modern educational technologies in medicine and pharmacy: challenges and prospects".
The purpose of the conference is to discuss current trends and innovations in the field of medical and pharmaceutical education, to analyze the prospects and opportunities for the introduction of new educational technologies. The event will examine the impact of digital tools, interactive teaching methods, simulation technologies and other innovations on the training of medical and pharmaceutical specialists, as well as discuss ways to improve the quality of education in these areas for graduates to successfully adapt to the rapidly changing conditions of healthcare and pharmaceutical practice.

RESOLUTION
1. To carry out systematic work to improve the quality of medical and pharmaceutical education, taking into account the global challenges of our time.
2. Apply innovative educational technologies, including simulation training, digital tools, elements of augmented and virtual reality to form practice-oriented competencies.
3. To develop the digital transformation of education, in particular:
- the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process to improve the effectiveness of educational programs;
- creation and development of online courses for teaching, supporting students in the educational process and adapting to their needs.
4. Strengthen the integration of education, science and practice in order to form competent specialists who are able to adapt to modern healthcare.
5. To develop international cooperation in the field of medical and pharmaceutical education, promote academic mobility of students and teachers, and implement joint educational projects and programs.
6. To develop an interdisciplinary focus in educational programs and in teaching.
7. To increase the potential of the teaching staff in modern pedagogical technologies, including simulation technologies, the use of AI in the educational process.
