Meeting for Residents Held

This academic year, 140 residents were admitted to the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy. In this regard, a ceremonial meeting for residents was held today at the academy. The Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Maria Anartaeva, attended the event, congratulated the young specialists on Knowledge Day, and wished them success in their studies.
In her speech, Maria Ulasbekkyzy emphasized that the academy has created all the necessary conditions for future doctors to receive quality education and develop professionally . In addition, the Dean of Residency, Gulmira Bektenova, explained the internal regulations to the attendees and provided more detailed information about the educational process, as well as the rights and responsibilities of the students.
It should be noted that the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy consistently works on training qualified professionals for the country’s healthcare sector. The academy places great importance not only on theoretical knowledge but also on enhancing the practical skills of young specialists admitted to the residency program.
