Memorial Evening “The Key to the Heart Lies in Melody”

Today, the Department of Kazakh, Russian, and Latin Languages of South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, in cooperation with the Shymkent City Youth Library, organized a memorial evening entitled “The Key to the Heart Lies in Melody,” dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding composer and Honored Figure of Kazakhstan, Kenesh Duisekeev.
The main purpose of the event was to promote the composer’s rich creative heritage, introduce the younger generation to his significant contribution to Kazakh musical art, and foster spiritual values. During the evening, informative presentations were delivered about the composer’s artistic journey, his distinctive style in national music, and the songs that won the hearts of the people.
Among the honored guests were Honored Cultural Figure of Kazakhstan and soloist of the Shymkent City Philharmonic Aizhan Tazhenova, librarian of the Music College Akmaral Zhumatayeva, as well as students of the academy.
Particularly memorable were the heartfelt and soulful performances of the composer’s songs by Aizhan Rakhymgaliyevna, which created a warm and inspiring atmosphere. The melodies, filled with sincerity and emotion, enriched the spiritual world of the audience and strengthened their appreciation of the composer’s legacy.
