Message of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan

Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, PhD in History Ashirov Shadiyar Aldiyarovich together with the teachers of the department and students of JSC SKMA (gr.VM-SKAB-03,04-24) on September 8, 2025 organized and discussed the Message of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan. During the discussion of the Message, a question and answer session was held with the participants of the discussion, dedicated to the changes related to the Message of the President. The students made presentations and expressed their opinions.

Final assessment of the discussion.

The Message of the President has become a strategic document reflecting the basic principles of state development in the coming years. The most important of them are:

Constitutional reforms (changing the structure of parliament, holding a referendum);

Strengthening the rule of law in the state;

Development of a digital and innovative economy: science, education, digital technologies, artificial intelligence;

Creation of mechanisms to stimulate investment;

Addressing environmental and security issues through international cooperation.

Accordingly, the scope of the work is broad and requires targeted management, and the success of reforms will depend on public support and open debate.
