On November 26, 2025, a methodological seminar was held on the topic: «Development of students' scientific research skills», organized by the Department of Emergency Medicine and Nursing with the participation of magistrates of the M-MIK 01-25 group.
The formation of research skills is the main condition not only for improving the professional level of a future specialist, but also for developing his critical thinking, analytical abilities and culture of scientific research. In this area, today's seminar gives undergraduates the opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with experience, to master effective methods of conducting scientific work. The event was opened by the head of the department, c.m.s., docent A.A. Seidakhmetova emphasized the importance of developing a culture of scientific research, analytical thinking and the ability to work with evidence-based information among future specialists.
During the seminar, the assistants of the department made presentations, during which relevant and meaningful topics were considered and discussed:
1. Auyezkhankyzy D. «The role of artificial intelligence in scientific research»;
2. Khojakulova U. A. «Instructions for undergraduates»;
3. Yunusmetov E. Sh. «Scientific-oriented teaching method (RBL) as a tool for the formation of students' research competence».

The participants received practical recommendations on choosing a research topic, working with literature, making presentations and preparing publications. The seminar was held in the format of an open dialogue, which allowed students to ask questions and receive valuable advice.

At the end of the event, a first-year graduate student of the MMIK 01-25 group Omirtay G. organized an interactive game for the participants in order to maintain their working capacity and improve their psycho-emotional state. Following the results of the seminar, directions were identified for the further development of student science and the expansion of student participation in scientific and educational events.
