«New provisions of state policy in the religious sphere»

09/29/25. Senior lecturer of the department "History of Kazakhstan and socio-public disciplines" Ibraimova A. Zh. and students of the Faculty of Medicine of the 1st year in the city youth library, the Department of Religious Affairs of Shymkent conducted information and explanatory work with a specialist theologian Amangeldy Nurdaulet Bakhytuly on the topic "Basic provisions state policy in the sphere of religion".
Purpose to explain the basic principles, goals and objectives of the state policy in the religious sphere of the country, to increase religious literacy in society and to prevent radical religious movements. During the event, information was provided about the dangers of alien religious movements, as well as ways to prevent them.
The meeting was held in the format of an open exchange of views, topical questions were asked by the participants and the necessary information was provided by a theologian.
