Open lecture-seminar on microqualification “Communication as a tool for team effectiveness in an organization”

Today, at the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy, an open lecture-seminar was held, organized by the Department of “Organization and Management of Pharmaceutical Activities,” on the topic “Micro-qualification: ‘Communication as a Tool for Team Effectiveness in an Organization.’”
The event focused on the development of microqualifications that meet the modern requirements of the pharmaceutical market, as well as the prospects for their implementation in Kazakhstan and at SKMA.

The lecture was delivered by Galiya Zhanbyrbayevna Umurzakhova, PhD, Ass. Professor of the Department of Organization and Management of Pharmaceutical Affairs.
The lecture-seminar was attended by the following invited guests:

During the event, key aspects of the development of microqualifications were addressed, including the role of communication in enhancing team effectiveness, current expectations of the pharmaceutical market, and the importance of integrating short-term professional modules into educational programs.
Such lecture-seminars contribute to the modernization of educational programs, the strengthening of practice-oriented training, and improving the competitiveness of SKMA graduates in the modern pharmaceutical market.
