Our Students Returned with Achievements

From April 23 to 25, 2026, the Karaganda Medical University hosted the international event “International Student’s Medical Marathon.” As part of the “MEDCON – 2026” event, students from the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy — Aryan Ujale, Ayush Singh, Mohammad Muntazir, and Riya Bhat — participated and delivered presentations in various sections. Specifically, Riya Bhat presented in the “Innovations and Technologies in Modern Medicine” section, Ayush Singh and Mohammad Muntazir in “Translational Medicine,” and Aryan Ujale in “Global Health Issues.” As a result, Riya Bhat received the “Creative Presentation” nomination in the “Innovations and Technologies in Modern Medicine” section. Meanwhile, Aryan Ujale won 1st place in the “Global Health Issues” section for successfully presenting a highly relevant topic. In addition, the academy’s students achieved excellent results in inter-university sports competitions. Notably, Riya Bhat won 1st place in table tennis. As part of the event, the “UDAAN 2026” cultural festival was also held. Aryan Ujale won 1st place in singing, Ayush Singh took 1st place in poetry recitation, and Mohammad Muntazir secured 1st place by expressively reciting the Kazakh poem “Ana Tilim.” It is worth noting that the students were supervised by their academic advisor D.T. Azhibayeva-Kupenova.
