“Partnership with Employers in the High-Quality Training of Pediatricians”

The Round Table on the topic “Partnership with Employers in the High-Quality Training of Pediatricians” was organized to improve the quality of training future pediatric specialists, enhance students’ practical skills, and strengthen cooperation between medical institutions and educational organizations. The opening speech was delivered by the Head of the Department of Pediatrics-1, PhD, Associate Professor Kemelbekov K.S., who highlighted current issues in the modern medical education system and emphasized the importance of training highly qualified specialists in the field of pediatrics.

During the round table, assistants of the Department of Pediatrics-1, Eskaraeva M.A. and Adilbekova A.T., presented a report on modern educational features, new requirements, opportunities, and existing challenges in the training of pediatric specialists. Department assistant Baimakova G.Sh. discussed the importance of dual education, emphasizing the value of combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills in the professional preparation of future doctors. In addition, the Head of the Department, Kemelbekov K.S., presented information on the employment rates of the academy graduates in 2025 and noted the positive outcomes of cooperation with employers.

The event was attended by the Deputy Chief Physician of the Regional Children’s Hospital Sarybaev S.M., hematologist of the highest qualification category Temirov A.T., representative of the Academic Department Bergalieva R.N., Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatrics-2 Khatamov F.D., assistants Karsybaeva K.R. and Baltabaeva K.T., Chairperson of the AC Kamysbaeva A.K., as well as assistants of the Department of Pediatrics-1. During the discussion, participants exchanged opinions on improving practice-oriented education, increasing the competitiveness of young specialists, and integrating employers’ recommendations into the educational process. As a result of the round table, several proposals aimed at further improving the quality of medical education were presented.
