Republican forum on the topic «The results of the referendum: youth, medicine and the future of the country»

An event was held at the Kazakh National Medical University named after S. D. Asfendiyarov with the participation of the university's leadership, veterans of the medical field, young scientists, representatives of student organizations and the media.
The main purpose of the forum is to discuss the results of the last republican referendum, to analyze its impact on the future of the country and the healthcare system. The issues of the role of medical education in the new political conditions, as well as increasing the activity of young people were discussed.
The event was attended by the head of the Department of General Education disciplines of the Medical college at JSC «SKMA» A.T. Satayev. In his report, he noted the positive impact of the changes introduced as a result of the referendum on the public administration system, including the healthcare sector. 
For his activity during the political campaign and significant contribution to the development of healthcare, A.T. Satayev was awarded the badge «Excellent Healthcare Worker».
This award is an indicator not only of professional competence, but also of high responsibility for the future of the state.
