
Acting Associate Professor of the Department of “History of Kazakhstan and Socio-Political Disciplines” O.A. Turebaev held a round table discussion with 2nd-year students of the “Medicine” educational program on the topic “Labor is the Path to Heroism.” The main purpose of the event was to promote hard work, responsibility, aspiration for professional development, and the importance of honest labor in society among young people. Special attention was paid to expanding students’ understanding of labor values and shaping their civic identity. During the round table, the lecturer discussed the historical and social significance of labor, emphasizing that work is one of the key values in human life. It was particularly noted that success in the medical field requires continuous learning, a constant pursuit of knowledge, and diligent work.
Students shared their opinions on the topic, discussing respect for working people, improving professional skills, and taking responsibility as future specialists. The discussion was held in an open format and continued with a Q&A session.
